On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2023), the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) coordinated with the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, Nhan Dan Newspaper, Vietnam Television and the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province will hold a meeting to honor outstanding people with meritorious services to the revolution.

The organization of this event demonstrates the affection and responsibility of the Party and State for the care of people with meritorious services to the revolution. 

This is also an opportunity for generations of cadres, party members, soldiers and people across the country to show gratitude and honor to people with meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives.

The opening ceremony of the Meeting will be held at 9:00 am on July 22, 2023 and will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television.

The Meeting is expected to be attended by 300 representatives of people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of typical martyrs across the country and 20 cadres of battlefield B.

The event will be also attended by representatives of the Party and State leaders and they will visit and give gifts to the families of people who have contributed to the revolution of Thua Thien Hue province./.
