10:41 AM 05/08/2024
(LĐXH)- MoLISA and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Vietnam are implementing a project to support the provision of job matching information for Vietnamese workers and Japanese dispatching agencies. This project will minimize the intermediary role of brokerage organizations.
The project to support providing job connection information for Vietnamese workers and Japanese dispatching units is being implemented
This information was provided at the meeting recently between Deputy Minister of MoLISA Nguyen Ba Hoan and Mr. Kubo Yoshitomo, Deputy Head of JICA in Vietnam, on the exchange and acceleration of the progress of the Project "Supporting job information connection for Vietnamese workers working abroad under contracts".
According to MoLISA, this project is implemented by the Department of Overseas Labor Management, under MoLISA, in cooperation with JICA. The project is expected to be implemented from 2023 to 2028.
The project will support Vietnamese workers to find suitable jobs and work abroad according to their needs and aspirations, choosing a career in a highly transparent environment.
After returning home, workers will also be supported to access full information about domestic jobs through recruitment information from businesses, thereby being able to choose suitable jobs and take advantage of the knowledge and experience accumulated during their work abroad.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan hopes that the two sides will coordinate closely and accelerate the project's progress to the finish line as soon as possible.
In particular, the project's information will be synchronized with the revised Immigration Control Law, replacing the technical training system for foreign workers that has just been passed by the Japanese National Assembly./.
