Developing a flexible, efficient and sustainable labour market

(LĐXH)- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed and promulgated Official Dispatch No. 1170/CD-TTg dated December 16, 2022 on measures to stabilize and develop a flexible, efficient and sustainable labour market as well as take care of workers' lives.
In the Official Dispatch, the Prime Minister assigned MoLISA to sponsor and coordinate with ministries, branches and localities in performing the following tasks:  
- To step up the implementation of human resource development solutions, especially high-quality human resources to meet the development requirements of industries and fields; arrange, organize, restructure and improve the training quality of vocational education institutions, ensure the supply of skilled labourers to meet the requirements of socio-economic development, especially in key areas and fields.
-  Continue to improve the appropriate labour market management system; step by step modernize, transparently and connect with the national database on population and other databases as a basis for formulating and organizing effective implementation of policies on labour, employment and social security.
- Review and assess human resource needs by locality, region, industry and field; promote activities to connect labour supply and demand, consult and introduce jobs for employees, ensure the timely supply of labour to meet the production and business needs of enterprises.
- Direct and guide localities to strengthen measures to stabilize labor relations; support the parties to dialogue and resolve arising labour relations issues.
Along with that, taking appropriate measures to prevent and minimize arising labour disputes and job abandonment; satisfactorily and effectively settle labor disputes.
The Prime Minister also requested Ministries, branches and localities and called on people, businesses and workers to overcome immediate difficulties; ensure jobs, income and take care of workers' lives, especially during the Tết 2023./.
