More than 15 million people to be benefited from Resolution 68/NQ-CP

(LĐXH)- More than 15 million people have benefited from the Government's Resolution No. 68 with a disbursed amount of more than VND 8,400 billion.
“So far, more than 15 million people have benefited from the Government's Resolution 68 with a disbursed amount of more than VND 8,400 billion” – said the Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung at the a teleconference on August 29 with 20 provinces and cities, 209 districts and towns and 1,060 communal-level localities nationwide which are currently implementing social distancing measures.
However, according to the Minister, many places still show confusion, fear of responsibility and need to learn from experience, such as Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, An Giang, Kien Giang, Bac Lieu, and Phu Yen…
“The fight against the pandemic can only be successful if the people are assured” - emphasized the Minister and he suggested that localities should continue to strongly promote the spirit of solidarity, mutual love and affection during difficult times of compatriots and comrades; step up the implementation of support, take care of food and care for people's welfare according to the Government's Resolution No. 68.
According to the report at the Conference, the ministries, branches and localities have actively coordinated to ensure the supply of essential goods, food for people in the period of social distancing.
Localities in the South have supported people according to Resolution No. 68 with an amount of money accounting for 72.5% of the whole country.
All 19 Southern provinces and cities under social distancing have issued plans to support people by special policies, suitable for each locality such as workers, lottery seller, motorbike taxis, street vendors, people without labor contracts…
The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs said that 100,000 lottery sellers have been supported./.
