The National Target Program for Sustainable Poverty Reduction in the 2021-2025 period has many very new core points compared to the previous 2016-2020 period.
The strategic implementation program focuses on investing in people, directly investing in and improving the capacity of the poor; clearly identify the causes of poverty in order to thoroughly solve the problems of the poor and poor areas.
