Regarding the work of overcoming the consequences and ensuring social security after storm No. 3 in Luc Yen district, the Minister acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee and the government in directing and effectively implementing measures to prevent and respond to natural disasters.

Specifically, the district has well implemented the "four on-site" motto during and after storm No. 3; promptly visited, encouraged, and provided thoughtful support to the families of the victims and helped people overcome the consequences and soon stabilize their lives.

Minister Dao Ngoc Dung requested the Party Committee and the government of Yen Bai province in general and Luc Yen district in particular to soon have a planning plan and find land to resettle people to settle down.

At the same time, he also requested local leaders to have support measures to help families stabilize their lives soon.

The urgent task now is to arrange new accommodation, build houses, and not let any household be without accommodation and lack of food.

On this occasion, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung presented housing support to 21 families of meritorious people and families whose houses were completely collapsed in Yen Bai province and Luc Yen district; and presented 40 gifts to people with meritorious services to the revolution and social protection beneficiaries affected by storm./.
