Minister Dao Ngoc Dung receives General Director of Canon Vietnam

(LĐXH)- On the afternoon of January 11, MoLISA Minister Dao Ngoc Dung had a meeting and worked with Mr. Okamoto Shigeyuki, General Director of Canon Vietnam.
Reporting to the Minister on production and business situation in 2022, Mr. Okamoto Shigeyuki shared, Canon Vietnam had a relatively good business year.
Specifically, the number of orders is maintained stably, the life of 21,000 employees of the Group is guaranteed with an average salary of 8 million VND/month and they are rewarded with 2 months salary at the end of the year.
Congratulating Canon Vietnam on its achievements, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung thanked Mr. Okamoto Shigeyuki for his visiting and wishing the MoLISA on the occasion of the upcoming traditional New Year.
“Canon Vietnam has made many efforts over the years to overcome difficulties and challenges. It not only maintains and ensures the production supply chain, stabilizes the group's business areas, but also achieves a higher output than in 2021", the Minister noted.
The Minister emphasized that Canon Vietnam is known as a place with a relatively good working environment, spacious and clean, modern and civilized, with scientific and logical working methods, which is a condition for employees to improve skills, perfecting the sense of lifestyle.
“Canon has ensured the stability of the labour supply chain, maintaining jobs for 21,000 employees of the corporation. The salary and bonus regime of employees, especially at the end of the year, is also guaranteed. This is good news,” said the Minister.
The Minister suggested that Canon Vietnam needs to maintain stability, along with it, it is necessary to take steps that are most suitable to the socio-economic situation of Vietnam, in which more attention is paid to the issue of source training human resources, improve the skills of employees./.
