Minister Dao Ngoc Dung handed over the recruitment Decision to excellent candidates

(LĐXH)- On the afternoon of August 14, 2020, the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) held a meeting and awarded the recruitment decision of the MoLISA to the successful candidates who passed the the examination for civil servants according to Decree 140/2017/ND-CP.
These young officials are recruited under the policy of attracting and creating a source of staff from excellent graduates and young scientific staffs.
At the ceremony, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung handed over the recruitment Decisions of the MoLISA to 7 officials and emphasized that this was a very meaningful event for both the MoLISA and the 7 candidates who have been recruited.
This is the first time the MoLISA directly selected excellent students and young scientific staffs. It is the first step to gradually increase high quality human resources for the MoLISA.
The Minister congratulates the excellent candidates who will become civil servants of the MoLISA from August 15, 2020. He also wants young civil servants to consider this as the initial foundation for development, approaching professional duties with the fastest and the most effective speed.
The Minister hopes that the selected people will be the seeds of development talent for the Ministry in the future. He suggested the leaders of the units create the best environment for young officials to strive. The Minister said the MoLISA will be the place where talent seeds develop best.
On behalf of the newly recruited young civil servants, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Hai (admitted to work at the Department of Employment) thanked Minister Dao Ngoc Dung and other units of MoLISA for their help throughout the last time and promised to dedicate efforts to the Ministry./.
