9,494 workers went to work abroad in March 2023

(LĐXH)- According to reports from businesses, the total number of workers going to work abroad in March 2023 was 9,494 employees, 8.66 times higher than the same period last year.
The markets receiving Vietnamese workers consist of Japan, 5,223 employees; Taiwan, 3,435 employees; China, 278 employees; Hong Kong, 137 employees; the Republic of Korea, 48 employees; Hungary, 124 employees; Romania, 25 workers; and other markets.
Thus, in the first three months of 2023, the total number of Vietnamese workers sent to work abroad is 37,923, reaching 34.48% of the plan in 2023 and 15.45% higher than the plan for the same period last year.
In which: Japan receives 17,696 workers; Taiwan, 18,044 workers; China, 517 workers; Singapore, 364 workers; the Republic of Korea, 278 workers; Hungary, 204 workers; Romania, 223 workers; and other markets./.
